As a testament of our continued pursuit for governance excellence, CDL was accorded the prestigious “Most Transparent Company Award 2016” in the Real Estate category at the Securities Investors Association (Singapore) (SIAS) Investors’ Choice Awards 2016, for our outstanding efforts in corporate disclosure and transparency standards. We have improved our ranking on the Singapore Governance and Transparency Index (SGTI) from 24th in 2015 to 10th in 2016.
Our corporate governance practices are set out in CDL’s 2016 Annual Report with specific reference to the principles and guidelines of the Code of Corporate Governance 2012. Where CDL’s practices differ from the principles and guidelines under the 2012 Code, the Company’s position in respect of the same is also set out in the Annual Report.
